Four-time finalists Exeter were paired with former champions Bedford in the draw for the fifth round of the EDF Energy National Trophy made at Twickenham today.
Exeter, beaten by Northampton Saints in last season's final, ran up their biggest ever competitive total in the 115-0 win over Preston Grasshoppers in the fourth round.
The 2007 National Trophy winners Penzance Newlyn travel to National One rivals Nottingham and Neil Back's Leeds Carnegie outfit host Coventry in the last 16.
National Three South side Bridgwater & Albion were rewarded for their 18-17 win at Broadstreet witha home date against Moseley.
The ties take place on February 7.
