Rugfest, the beer and music festival organised by Wallingford Rugby Club, is back with an extended programme on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th June 2011.

Held at Hithercroft Sports Park in Wallingford as a fund raising event for Wallingford Rugby Club, the event is oriented to families with music and entertainment for all across the two sessions.

Ticket prices start from 5 for the Friday night session, 7.50 for the Saturday session or 10 for a weekend pass. Entry is free of charge for children under 16 accompanied by an adult. On site camping is available for 5 per tent per night. To buy tickets, click here.

Soak up the entertainment with a local tipple of your choice with freshly made cocktails from the mixologists of Wallingford's Old Post Office, the event sponsor, plus ales and ciders from some of these local breweries: Wychwood Brewery, Loddon Brewery, Milwhites, Westons, West Berkshire Brewery, Cotswold Brewing Co., Rebellion Beer, and Thatcher's Cider.

Local entertainers including circus skills performers, drum circles, street dancing and a Jan's eponymous Van, and Uncle Wiggy will entertain the kids; plus a wide selection of food and craft stalls add to the fair.
