Verwood head to the beach!

Our pictures show a welcome change to Verwood's Thursday evening training sessions when families and friends joined players and coaches for a summer BBQ with fun and games on Branksom beach between Poole and Bournemouth. Included was some touch rugby for all then "chariot" and "wheelbarrow" races ending up in the fading light with a tug o' war contest. A great time was had by all and further similar events are planned for the 'off-season' during the summer and early autumn.
