Your News England Counties call up for Pape

Stephen Pape from Somerset and Launceston RFC has been called into the England RU Counties XV for their three match tour to the USA and Canada from June 2/16, 2008.

The Cornish All Blacks second-row forward comes into the 26-strong squad as a replacement for North Midlands and Pertemps Bees lock Alex Davidson, who has pulled out on medical advise following a leg injury.

The Counties XV, the representative flagship of the County and Community game outside the Guinness Premiership, will play two games against USA A in New York (June 6/June 9) and one against a Canada Select XV in Chatham (June 13).
